Sign language interpretation guide for the Permanent Collection

• To help visitors with hearing loss, the MNAC, in collaboration with Fundación Orange, is providing a new service which consists of a PDA device in Catalan (LSC), Spanish (LSE)and International Sign Language (SSI), besides subtitles, commenting on 35 of the MNAC's masterpieces.
  The launching of thisfree service forms part of the undertaking by the seven art institutions making up the ArticketBCN group to make museums more accessible for people with disabilities. The MNAC has received advice in this from the 'Federació de Sords de Catalunya' (FESOCA, Catalan Federation of Deaf People').

• Using hearing loops, we offer a system allowing people using hearing aids to follow the Museum's audioguide visit totally independently.
