With the title The Palau Nacional. Architecture and memory, we are offering a guided tour of the building that houses today's MNAC. If you want to know about its history, its relationship with Barcelona or the details of its characteristic architecture, don't hesitate to register. The visit includes admission to those parts of the Museum that are usually closed to the public, such as the Sert Room and the roof terraces, from which you can enjoy a unique view.

Duration: approximately 2 hrs 30 mins.

Minimum number of registrations: 25 people.

Languages available: Alternately Catalan and Spanish (please ask when booking). Also available soon in English.

Important:

Some parts of the visit are not adapted to people with reduced mobility.
The visit to the rooftop terrace will take place when and only when weather conditions permit.
The visit requires audio devices that are issued 20 minutes before the start at the groups desk. To speed the process, please ensure you are on time.

Recommendations for the visit:

- On the day of the visit, go to the groups desk in the Museum vestibule.
- We recommend you wear comfortable shoes.
- Please do not bring umbrellas or other large objects. Your visit will be more enjoyable and between us we can avoid incidents. The Museum has a free cloakroom service available.
- If you can not come on the arranged date, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. In this way we can let someone else take your place.
- Please make sure you are on time as no-one will be allowed to join the tour once it has begun.
